What can you expect?

We’ll begin with some astrology talk and contemplation, I’ll share some energetic themes, a “collective pulse" if you will, that we are being invited to feel into and use for our soul’s evolution. We will ignite our senses, and activate our vessels with some breathwork and prayer. We will unify our energetic fields and activate our light bodies through the Unified Chakra Technique. We will open our hearts with a cacao or water alchemy ceremony which will then lead into the guided healing transmission and shamanic astral journey. These journeys are infused with high-frequency healing energy and the language of the living light. Melissa will guide you deep within your heart to reclaim and retrieve fragmented pieces of your soul. Afterward, there will be time to ground the energies, with gratitude, through a form of creative expression.
